About Exercise, Elephants, Elk and Eyes

It doesn’t take an expert to know that I need some physical activity. But I’m usually too exhausted after work to care, and too lazy to start my day with sweat. In the evening, I sometimes feel that if I’ve moved, I’ve exercised. No need for a gym! One more good thing about my job (there are many) is that I have to climb hills and stairs every day, and that is my exercise routine...for now.  It's a little funny how after talking about being too lazy for exercise that my first photos are of an elephant.

Extra Committed Thought:  The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His hears are open to our requests.   (1 Peter 3:12)

  1. It's so much easier to get moving when you just have to, like with your job!

    1. Some days, I sure don't like to climb that hill to my car.

  2. I think you have expressive eyes :) Slow and steady with the exercise. Start out 10 minutes, then increase it a bit more, you'll find you will start getting more energy :)

I liked the elephant picture :)

  3. I was sort of afraid to open this post, on account it the title featured, "Exercise." (smile)
Seriously, I can't think of anything I rather NOT do than exercise .... every day's a challenge.

    Love the elephants!

  4. Until my grand-daughter was about 4 years old, she called elephants, ELF-a-lents. Every time I see one, I have a little chuckle about that. :)
