It doesn’t take an
expert to know that I need some physical activity. But I’m usually too
exhausted after work to care, and too lazy to start my day with sweat. In the
evening, I sometimes feel that if I’ve moved, I’ve
exercised. No need for a gym! One more good thing about my job (there are many) is that I have to climb hills and stairs every day, and that is my
exercise routine...for now. It's a little funny how after talking about being too lazy for
exercise that my first photos are of an
elephant.

It's so much easier to get moving when you just have to, like with your job!
ReplyDeleteSome days, I sure don't like to climb that hill to my car.
DeleteI think you have expressive eyes :) Slow and steady with the exercise. Start out 10 minutes, then increase it a bit more, you'll find you will start getting more energy :)
ReplyDeleteI liked the elephant picture :)
betty
Well, thank you! I kept them mostly hid, didn't I? I like elephants. Roll Tide, Baby! heheh
DeleteI was sort of afraid to open this post, on account it the title featured, "Exercise." (smile)
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I can't think of anything I rather NOT do than exercise .... every day's a challenge.
Love the elephants!
Oh yeah, I fully understand! lolz
DeleteUntil my grand-daughter was about 4 years old, she called elephants, ELF-a-lents. Every time I see one, I have a little chuckle about that. :)
